FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is AI Antique free?

AI Antique is free to download. Identifying antiques needs an AI Antique Pro subscription: $4.99 a week or $24.99 a year in the US, with local prices shown in the App Store. Some plans start with a free trial.

How accurate is the estimated value?

It’s a starting point, shown as a range with the reasoning behind it. Condition, maker’s marks, provenance and demand all change real prices. Use the eBay button and filter by Sold items to see what similar pieces actually sold for, and get a certified appraisal before selling or insuring anything valuable.

What can it identify?

Pottery and porcelain, glassware, silver, furniture, clocks, lamps, toys, tools, art objects and other vintage collectibles.

Can it tell a real antique from a reproduction?

Sometimes, when the clues are visible. A photo can’t show weight, construction or the underside, so check marks, joints and wear in person, and see an expert for anything important.

How do I get the best result?

Use good light and a plain background, and fill the frame. If the piece has a maker’s mark, signature or label, photograph that too.

How do I cancel?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose AI Antique. Apple handles all billing, so you can cancel any time.

Will my collection sync to my other devices?

Yes. Your collection syncs through iCloud across devices signed in to the same Apple Account.

How can I get help?

Email hello+aiantique@sarunw.com, or use “Report a bug” in the app’s settings.
